I went online to submit continuation of benifits on 25 March 2024 on ufiling and ussd . Received no messages as I should have no history of claims on my filling that was submitted. Went to Alberton UIF offices to make inquiry about the problem nobody came back to me as promised its been 8 days no feedback or posotive progress is made. I phoned their offices today 5 April 2024 spoke to the person that assisted me no progress was made no intent to pay claim . Is this the kind of **** we have to put up with their systems dont work so they dont give a **** if we receive our funds or not this country and the goverment run institutions are ****ed their service is **** and they dont give a **** about the public They are supposed to be public servants what a ****ing joke .
