Wrong claim from department of labour

Im writing a review on how department of labour was bery neglegant towards the claims of my late husband ,6 august i went to department of laboutlr to do a claim for my two kids amd thereafter i was told to come back after three weeks our documentation was not enough so besically there was another claimed made for the other two of his kids in jhb but whilst in the main beneficiary of the decesed of my husband but instead of them department of labour kwazulu natal sopposed to process my claim ended up paying the wrong people in labour gauteng ,i m not happy how department of labour has poor serveice till now the have not paid my husband claims and they paid to thw wromh people and now they tellinh my all the amouth was paid in full
