Wrack service ever

What a service from the department of Labour Roodepoort been coming here for the past three weeks and been returned to say they need to verify my details,my employer did send me all the details they need but UIF says all documents was supposed to be sent straight to labour and my employer says they cannot send to a third party because of popi Act Why do I have to suffer this long because of the funds that were deducted from my salary...That Pule guy does not have remise or sense of assistance at all
