worst system ever

<p>I claimed for maternity benefits in November 2015. I was told that the reference on my ui19 is incorrect. Went to and from trying to get the correct reference. It was only now in august that they found out that the reference was actually correct all along. 3 weeks ago I was told that I need to come back after 15 days. I went back today and they say my matter is complicated . I must come after another 15 days. They are not saying anything concrete. It's almost a year now and I haven't received my money</p>
