Worst Services Ever

Good day <br> <br> I'm writing this email very sad and disappointed not to mention hungry and very poor, I reside in PTA and have been receiving my UIF well in the first 3 months, however there has been a system that has been introduced which I'm not sure whether the department introduced to make things smooth for them and don't care at all about the receiver, I have 5 kids, lost my job and have not received this month's payment since the 31 July to date. I'm also to sign for my next payment on the 28 August whilst still waiting for the first payment. <br> <br> <br> How am I suppose to survive this way. This new way of doing things is not only frustrating, but it is also leaving our kids hungry. Or maybe the person who introduced it could not care as their receive their salaries at the end of the month so this does not affect them. I received an SMS after 10 working days that my application was just received after 10 working days and you are told you will receive your money in 7-10days but until today still nothing <br> <br> Regards,<br> Dinah Soaedi I'd ***<br> ***
