WORST SERVICE YET

I have submitted my documents on 18/05/2021 and am STILL waiting for my application to be approved. I call the UIF department EVERYDAY to get told its still with the assessor. I find it totally unacceptable to fight like this for my own money and have this unecessary stress after giving birth. I would not need to do this if I was getting paid but clearly the government does not care and the people that work at the department do not care either as their families and household is not affected. I NEED my money in order to provide for my family but nobody at the depatment cares. I do not have any other form of income and am in desperate need of MY money owed to me by the Deparrtment and would appreciate his matter getting resolved ASAP.
