WORST SERVICE UIF - DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR

I really don't know why UIF gets deducted from our salaries every month if we don't receive any assistance from them not via email why do they have landlines but no one answers and it just rings its sad that we cant get our money I app**** for my maternity leave benefits in may dropped it off personally but I couldn't enter there offices had to drop it in a box because of "covid" but now we send emails to relevant people am sure they ignore out emails cause its almost November yet still no assistance

if anyone please have a light that they can share at the end of the tunnel am all ears
