Worst service of my life

I went to Boksburg to open a case for my ex employers Quality Cars, because their are not register for UIF but their have been deducting my UIF from 2016 till 2018. When got there the first counter was a big when. She said I can not claim or report my ex employer because on the UIF matters because am using an asylum seeker, even with my asylum seeker id still I can not apply or report my ex boss. Germiston told me their can help but I need to go and open a case because the company is in boskburg. Gemiston looked at my documents and said as long as my ex employer signs the docs I can come submit but my ex employer refuse to sign my UIF docs.
