worst service newcastle department of labour

I have app**** for uif in January but they did send my application through but kept telling me to come back to check after visiting the branch 4 times then they realised the application was not send I signed forb2 payments never received not one when I contact the call center they tell me that my online application from the department is not send this is bull****. when we are at the office no one wants to help everyone isbdoingvthere own thing going out standing and joking with people eating and not sorting out our problems. newcastle department of labour really needs a wake up call
