Worst Service experience ever

For the first time in my life I'm claiming UIF and its the most frustrating process and *********** people giving you wrong information. I submitted my documents in April online struggled 3 weeks just to create a profile then called in weekly to get my documents uploaded they told me it takes 35 days and we in July already I have been once a week to find out what the status is on my claim they cant tell me they will log a case. When I call the following week I explain everything again and yet no response to what I am asking they will log a case. I went to the labour department in Paarl they said they would call me but I am the one calling them all the time you call there office the phone just rings this is so frustrating and unacceptable. I wont even rate them 1 star. Online service not as simple and convenient for public to use.
