Worst service ever , government is letting us down

I am Atheana Petersen and i hereby would like to put in a complain regarding a claim that i physically handed in to the staff at Kempton office and they gave me a paper stating that i must send it via email after receiving 1st payment after 15days so i waited and after 15days i did not receive any payments so i went back to them again stating my complain but they said that they needed a letter from my employer because it shows two company's not one and on the same day i got the letter and gave it in again than they stated everything is sorted now and ill receive payment after 15days which now was already September so i called the call center to confirm if they can see any update on my claim and they said there is no claim on the system and i needed to go back to the office again to find out from them , please note that i am pregnant and the doctor advised me not to travel alot as i am a high risk patient but i needed to get this sorted so i went back again and only October when i get there they tell my paper work was never captured and that i needed to complete everything again so at this moment i was at starting point again after my ups and downs since August so i completed everything and gave them the documents requested than they gave me a UI16 form and they said that i needed to send it via email the Thursday as i went on a Monday so i did that and they said i must wait again 15days and i am in November now and they telling me that i need a bank statment of my last salaries which was last year October and an email from my old employer but they need to send it to them directly yet they dont even say which email address plus they requested that i come in personally after letting them know i am a high risk pregnant woman.

I need this escalated urgently
