Worst service ever!!!!

Worst service ever!!!! I app**** for my maternity benefits back in January til today I haven't received anything, every time I call in I'm told there's a back log. I spoke to one of the managers by the name of Lizzy and she told me she re-escalated my case to the managers at data capture department and that I will receive feedback and she never called back, every time I call in I'm told that my papers are not all submitted but I received an email stating that all my documents are submitted,Agents always release my calls every time I call in and request to speak to Lizzy the manager. I spoke to Njabulo Khawula who promised me that Lizzy will call back but she never did!!! I spoke to 2 of your agents who were very rude one was Busi the other one was Malusi, you can check and listen to the call recordings. Since January I been begging for what's rightfully mine, honestly this is unprofessional and annoying, I never wanted to come and complain on hello Peter Cleary you guys don't know how to do your job coz wow!!!!
