Worst Service Ever

An application for unemployment benefits was done on the 17th of July with Jacob (their employee).Several times I have been in the office in Soweto and not even the slightest advances have been made. Several times I have called, and if the phone call is not hung up in my ear, the consultant I speak to cannot advise me of progress on the claim except that its being processed and since then there has been no progress whatsoever.Several times I have been in the office in Soweto and have been attended to even by the supervisors and yet not even the slightest advances have been made. Several times I have called, and if the phone call is not hung up in my ear, the consultant I speak to with a bad attitude cannot advise me of progress on the claim except that its being processed. I have also sent an email supp**** on their website to Sipho Mthethwa on the 05/11/15 and still nothing has come to surface. One thing the labour department in Soweto (Orlando West) has managed to provide though is the worst terrible service in my life.
