Worst Service By Call Centre Agents

I called the centre today and was assisted by a lady named Zinhle Mdluli who seemed so clueless as to what she was doing, l insisted she call her team leader and a man by the name of Mesego Kubutso came to assist, he was rude and no assistance was given to me. I had to call again and this time my call was answred by the same gentlement who upon getting my details dropped my call.

The service is extremely bad. Nhlanhla Dlamini should look into this
