Worst service. Batho pele principles do not exist!

Compensation fund division of Department of labour is the most horrible division I have ever seen. Apparently in order to get attention you must take them to court. No wonder they loose so many court cases is because of the staff members who are not held accountable. I am still waiting for an Email response from Naledi Dooka. My case has been dragging on since February 2017(more than a year) and she shows no sense of urgency. I might be one individual facing with such a big department but I will eventually get hold of their DG and tell him how horrible I have been treated. I am done with them, court case is coming.
