Worst service

We stopped working due to Covid-19 pandemic ever since our shop made claims we haven't received anything from UIF. I was contributing every month but up to now I haven't received anything if I call them they say contact your employer who in this case submitted everything but up to now no payment has been received. No money nothing has been payed this is the worst organisation's that I've ever seen.
