Worst public service ever

Terrible service ,I've been waiting on my first payment for over a month and claim was finalized and paymaster closed.

I've been calling the call centre ,the consultants are rude and not very helpful as I'm still without the cash that we need hence we claim from the fund.

I'm very upset and disappointed,I can not wait anymore.
