Worst months of my life

<p>I would like some kind of assistance with this matter, as I am aware you are part of the management team.</p> <p>I submitted my claim in May and since I have not been assisted. I have been to the labour centre in ennerdale and they have done everything correctly. I have never received a payment and have 3 children youngest one being only 2 months old. For the past week my daughters have had to go to bed only having 1slice of bread for supper due to the negligence of someone within the capturing department. I'm sure you would be feeling the same frustration and anger I'm feeling right now. I would like some communication from someone with how they can assist me by getting my banking details captured correctly, because none of this is any of my own doing</p>
