Worst level of service

I have been to the labour centre on the 31/07/2026 to have a new claim done because the current claim on the system couldn't be processed due to the fact that I had started to work after that claim was put through on the 31st of July I handed in a new UI19 Document with a ui2.8 along with a copy off my ID an my salary schedule however till date no claim has been put through for me I had been to the labour centre to find out what is going on with the claim an I was chased the away from the labour Centre by staff there this has been on going since the 8/07/2026

I have made tons off call to the contact centre has well I have tons off ticket numbers an I have been pushed from pillar to post honestly it's absolutely stressful to know that I can't get the help I require please could someone assist me has I'm currently now desperate
