Worst government department

This is the most dysfunctional department in government. It has been 3 months and I have not received a cent of my unemployment benefit. I've contacted local management at the Mahikeng Labour Centre, regional management, national management, the call centre, the finance department in Mahikeng, and eventually ended up speaking to the finance department in Pretoria. It has been drama and lies and lack of accountability all the way throughout this treacherous journey.
