Worst experience ever... terrible place

They don't even deserve the one star. But I had no choice but to put it!!! This place is the most frustrating place ever. My husband and I both app**** online in September and it kept on saying claim rejected, we called the call center numerous time and wasted so much of airtime on this pathetic people which was at no help either they asked us to send through documents, we have sent through all relevant documents. And still the claim had been rejected went to the labour center they said that if we app**** online it's the online department problem not their!!! So we emails the guy name Mr andries ross. On Friday the 22/11/2019 and also today morning but he never ever respond. So we went back to the labour center the supervisor Dumasani was so not helpfull at all he wasn't even listening to what we had to say cause he was doing other things. He then gave us an e-mail address again to email online department, by giving the email. He doesn't even spell or write it down. But just calls out ***.... This is so frustrating because I have a 7 month old baby and had to take her in the sun wait for so long. My husband and I both now working and this is what the labour center treats us like. They were very quick to deduct the money when we used to get paid buy to claim it's a big problem.
