WORST DEPARTMENT EVER!

I don't even know where to begin with this. This has been the most traumatic experience of my life. I app**** for Maternity benefit last year October and till today I still have not received anything from this *********** department. I call them every week to check and I am always told the same story....my application is still with the assessors. Does it take more than 6months for this assessor to review my application? My baby is 6 months old now and I haven't received my money. I say MY money because I contribute very single month to the UIF but now I am made to feel like I am applying for a grant. This is not a grant, it is money I contributed since I started working more than 15 years ago. I am so ****ed with UIF and their call center agents that are just useless, but I bet they get paid every month.
