Worse service for maternity benefit

I submitted my claim in November 2021 for maternity and till this date, nothing has been paid. The saddest part is that they don’t even care. They can’t even reply to these reviews, so disgusting. 2 weeks back, I went back to check and was told that I need to resend the bank mandate and it seems like they always have some document missing. This is our money for Gods sake. Why is it so hard to pay it when it easy deducting it
