Worse service ever

I'm extremely disappointed by the service I have been getting since the beginning of my uif claim, I have been assisted by *********** staff with poor service . I submitted my claim in on the 22/08/2024 at the Benoni branch and was told to come back after 30 days to check. I did that on the 22n, September and guess was the consultant that was assisting me did not submit my claim and was told I need to resubmit my application. I went back to the same consultant who assisted me the first time, With no remorse whats so ever he told me he will submit the application again and I need to wait for an additional 30 days and come back to the branch. On the 23rd of October I went back to check and was told my claim has been approved and given a USSD where I needed to do a "payment continuation", I did that on the 23rd/10/2024,because I wanted to make sure that it's successful repeated the same process on the 26/10/2024. I have been waiting for my first payment with no luck and every time I call to find out, I am always told a different story. I have a family that is dependent on me and this department and the staff is not even bordered because even with the poor service they provide to us ,they still get paid.
