WORKMENS COMPENSATION DEPARTMENT - THE WORST INSTITUTION ON PLANET EARTH
It is the worst government institution i have ever had to deal with in my entire life. I have been battling since May to get an issue resolved. Numerous emails have been sent, explaining in detail what needs to happen. Attached info was sent, as requested by them. Numerous phone calls have been made. You can hang on for 24 hours and still be cut off at any point- waste of time and money on behalf of the client!. It doesn't seem like the words: EXCELLENCE IN CLIENT SERVICE exists in this department or in their vocabulary for that matter. Unfortunately, us, the man in the street, is dependent on you for answers. We are the ones that contribute to your salaries and get treated like this! it is an absolute disgrace that we are still WILLING to contribute!!!Maybe just because we have no choice as legislation requires it.
Sorry to hear about the terrible service you experienced at the government offices but COIDA Services SA is a brand new private company that has only started in October 2019.

I am referring to the ACTUAL workmens compensation offices situated in Andries Street Pretoria.
I did make it clear that it was a government institution that I was dealing with and NOT a private company.
I was not even aware that a company with this name existed!!!
