Work from home agent is aggressive an rude

I have been **** to an messed around from the 16 off August 2023 with regards to my uif process I keep calling the call center an they keep on giving me the wrong information today I called to ask if the have received my documents the agent was so rude an aggressive he was shouting at me an the when I asked for a manager he said to me he is working from home an he cant get a manager to help me I have sent through my documents over 8 times now an they keep on giving me issue an saying it's incorrect or giving me the wrong information this is the worst service I have ever received an the said part is I must now watse money to have the documents sent which I don't have hence that's the reason I'm claiming my uif has I'm no longer work

Please could someone assist me with this
