Why must i fight for money that belongs to me???

I am so frustrated with this department i went and submitted my papers 3 times and according to Zukiswa the lady that helped me with the uif claim told me my money will be in today... During this pandemic we dont need such disappointments... I lost my job dyring this time and still need to fight with the South African GOVERNMENT to say the least just so im able to pay my childs creche fees... The worst part is that everytime i go back i have to stand in a long que in the sun. I cant do that for the 4th time, how can we resolve this matter this is the East london department in Oxford cbd...
