Where is my money???

20 months of no success on my maternity claim. I have sent through my documents WEEKLY, called the call center WEEKLY, dropped off my documents, uploaded them and tried again only to find out after I had a chat with a very helpful call centre agent that my claim will NOT be paid out due to the fact that I bank with Discovery Bank?! How is it that you are only willing to pay out to certain banks?? Now I am told I will only get my claim sorted if I have another bank account preferably caputec?!
