Where did my money gon labour department roodepoort?

I've had a terrible service from this office. I signed for my first uif and it apparently was released on the 111th and i they don't know where it went to since i never got it till today. I spoke to Rose who assured to call me back today the 21st and ive been calling and leaving messages till now. No one knows where my money went. I suggested we call Braamfontein office to one of the guys helping me and he asked if I want to tell him how to do his job. I'm still with no income that I worked for and not happy!
