When applying for uif you get treated as if you are a beggar

The online application does not work, I app**** in April emailed my supporting documents as instructed only to have my application declined in June, the offices I have gone two for a month now are either closed or we get cut. In Sandton I was turned back because I live in Soweto. Now question becomes if the soweto offices are closed or offline where are we supposed to get help?
