What a battle

I submitted my claim online on the 19 November 2021. The online status continues as 'SENT TO ASSESSOR'. Every time I have queried the progress I receive the same email (automated) requesting the submission of documents, which I have now submitted five times. My visit to the Randburg office in 19 January 2022 was a total waste. Made to wait for hours only to be told that my application is being assessed and that I should be patient. She refused to give me her name. In a call the next day(20 January 2022), I was told my application was approved and it would not be long before I receive written conformation. On 7 February 2022 I received an email asking for UI-19 to be resubmitted, which I did. Received an email on 2 March 2022 from Skhumbuzo Nkumane, confirming the documents had been received and forwarded to the team concerned for evaluation.

This has gone on for three months.
