Website never submitted claim - says it did

I have recently been informed that the application that I submitted on your website in October 2024 is nowhere to be found on your systems.

I have attached a screenshot of my application history which clearly shows that the application was submitted, complete with a case number ***.

I have been trying to contact your call centre and every time it would say there is high call volume and then hang up on me.

In January 2025 I emailed their call center to follow up on my case and never received a response.

Will I be paid back from the date of my original application? Will my application be successful, since my employment was terminated more than 6 months ago?
