We have to beg our Government to pay us our own money!

I have been waiting for my application to be approved by assessor for very long now, it is very sad that we have to wait like this and beg for a response from our Government departments, I get told by the call center to "call back next week"EVERY WEEK. We are now sitting with NO food at home waiting patiently for someone to assist with my claim. 3 months since initial submission.... Our government does not care about our well being at all and the call center is full of employees who always are unable to assist. This just makes me really sad that we have to BEG for our own money!
