We contribute every month but now there don't want to give us our money

Am moshibudi Angela Makamela *** I have received a message of approval there said I must submit payment of benefit continuation then I submitted but now there when I do follow up at santon labour centre and call center there telling me I won't receive my money it's gonna delay while my approval took 3months.so now our government people who were employed to assist us there don't wanna help me please help me so that there can rectify there mistake.
