Way forward? Payment when,

Hi there I dont even want to give them 1 star. I sent all my papers in June 2020 and I still have not been paid. September 2021. I call everyday and whatever they want I send it to them. I submitted my documents on line as i couldn't go into the uif officers on June 2020. I keep getting pushed from the call center to numerous people. Thomas, zodwa, tebogo etc I look on ufilling and it says I have been paid and I have not been. Ticket no C-*** last line in August.
