Was told there's a declaration dates problem

Hi, my name is Zondi KhazamulaI submitted my uif application on the 09 October and I received an sms on the 13 October saying my claim was captured and progress will be communicated in 35days. I waited for 35 days and there was no communication. My husband went to the Dept twice to check on my behalf and was told everything is in order. I decided to go and check on the 02 December and I was told the declaration date on my application was wrong and was told a request will be sent to Braamfontein for assessment I should check after a week. I went back on the 09 December same story and now there was a gab things that I don't even understand still the supervisor will send the request for the declation to be updated. I went back on the 17 December and was assisted by Doctor it was still the same thing there's a gab on my claim a third request will be sent by the supervisor to Braamfontein. He gave me his number to call him on the 28 Decenber if there's no payout still. The claim is now going for 3months. These people don't understand the fustration I'm going through.
