Waiting Since 2023 for Maternity payout!!!!

Good day, What you guys are doing is unfair my wife has submitted a maternity claim in November 2023. You guys keep on saying she must come back because there is always something we never make the payment run. imagine 2days out of hospital we had to go to your office again. STILL NO PAYMENT. every time we call there is a new issue or there is a dispute we must go to the offices. We have been at the labour department offices in Krugersdorp 5 TIMES but not received a single pay out.But surly every month you get the deduction from our salary. is this really how things are done? Can someone please help? or should we take all our furniture and baby to the department and move in there because rent is not payed. We get the same story " you are on the payment run for the month" no wait for 15days no wait for 21days
