Waiting on labour department

Good day my name is estecyda jevene adams I would like to know is it right for labour department to this to people I work 10 years for Edgar's and 6 years for checkers but I can only draw for the last 4 years so like would like to know where do all the other years money go to when you work very hard for it and I went to sign on the 31/7/2025 but I still didn't get my money they telling the person you must wait 7 to 14 business working days why must you wait that long
