Waiting on claim since last year :(

If I could I would give this department 0 stars.

So I went on maternity in Aug 2023 and it was for 6 months until Feb 2024. The company I work for pays maternity for 5 months the 6th month you must claim UIF. By end of Jan 2024 I had started submitting documents and claiming, went to the offices and they too could not assist. I have submitted all that I needed to, even additional documents but I am still not getting the help that I need almost 2 years later. I have been calling to find out about feedback almost every week but still no movement. There is even a new system that they use now, registered on that new system but I am still not winning. This has got to be the worst department ever, I need that money!
