waiting on answers a month later

I submitted all documents to labour centre eldorado park on the 10 march and was asked to follow up 10 April after numerous calls to the call centre and speaking to numerous individuals no answers can be told for me applying for my illness benefits.i even mailed the head of departments Sipho Kenny and a lot to mention nobody is getting back to me now I hear that my claim was never capture how *********** I want this mess sorted out as soon as possible as it is 5 weeks already and a claim should take no more than 6 weeks are the people not fully trained to do their jobs or what please get back to me as a matter of urgency
