Waiting forever for payments

Department of labour SOSHANGUVE you are such a disappointment. I app**** in June and up to date I have not received anything. When I go to the centre they write my ID number on a piece of paper not even check on the system and tell me it's not approved. Tried to explain I have been waiting guys the policies are lapsing. But not even checking on the system. I'm disappointed and broken even going back to work in September. What is the use of saying we receive maternity benefit when you don't pay in time. Rather our companies keep our mo ey mosss. 😠 😡. Worst part of it the employees of Soshanguve are so rude kere they didn't even check me on the system she wrote my ID number on a paper and said we are done it's not approved wait for 5 days.
