Waiting for UIF money from Paymaster since July 2020

I have submitted my claim multiple times now, since July. I haven't received any payment. I went to Alberton UIF offices last week, to stand out side the gate. I showed the lady the screenshots of my online application she didn't even look thru it properly, then said this doesn't help her. I need to fill in the forms. I told her I app**** online, why haven't they paid yet. She said that i must have done the application wrong, because other wise UIF would have paid me long ago already. I took the 3 forms. Now I will be going back tomorrow. So I hope this can be sorted by then. I have a 3 year old and finding employment is hard in these times now and i don't have people that can really look after her for me and I do not have money for a school now. I have given all the dates and case #, so hopefully the paymaster will do their job.
