Waiting for over 3 months on claim stuck on “Sent to assessor”

Since I app**** for UIF online on the 23rd of November 2023 , my status has been on “sent to assessor” since the 23rd when I call they tell me different information regarding my application , I then lodged a complaint and received an email that have an active GRK , no update about my application or even explanation of what does GRK mean , I thought the Department of Labour - UIF Claims implemented the online system to make it easy for people who can’t go to their centres due to health conditions but the system is just a pain in a neck .The waiting period of 20-35 day has long passed , Ga-Rankuwa centre is something else.
