Waiting for Maternity UIF for 9+ months

I have app**** for Maternity leave in December 2014. Every time I phone the department they say that there is outstanding documents, which I then send again even though it was sent from the very first time I app****.<br> <br> I am so upset, I have returned to work on 01 April 2015 and still have not received any word on my Maternity UIF claim.<br> <br> I do not know why we have to pay UIF/tax every month if we do not get service from government?<br> <br>
