Waiting for Claim

I got retrenched last year. My last working day was the 30th September 2020. On the 7th October 2020 I submitted a claim for UIF. On the 14th January 2021 I phoned to found out the status of my claim. The call centre agent asked if I sent the documents, I told him I was not asked for any. He then emailed me the link to upload my documents which I did. On the 26th January 2021 I phoned again. My documents has been sent to the claims department. On the 29th January 2021 I phoned again, I was told it takes 7 - 10 working days. On the 5th February 2021, I was told by Ethal it takes 15 working days. On then today the 12th February 2021, I was told by Ntombi, that there is a backlog. I would like to know when I will receive my money. It will be for October, November, December, January and February.....
