Waiting for a payout till today. Awful customer service

It's been 3 months waiting for my first payout but nothing yet. The funds aren't supposed to be delayed because of being unemployed. I'm now in debts and loans because life still goes on when you are unemployed. It feels like I'm being ****med because non of the customer service consultants know what is going on. They built a dumb website, hired a bunch of fools and now holding on to the money that my family needs.
