Waiting for 40+ days for my first payment.

At this point I would actually rate the service no stars as I have been struggling with payment since early September. Struggled to get approval and when I finally got approval I did my Payment request on 21 September 2025 and till Today did not receive anyting. My babiees have been without nappies for the last 18 days already and all I get when calling is that I need to go to the labour centre like serious where will I get the funds to go to a labour centre. When trying to call Somerset I never get through. When calling head office they keep on telling I must call somerset direct. Am I missing something or is someone just not doing their Job? If you don't want to to your Job, I am job hunting and will take the job with two hands.

Please assist in paying my claim out I really just want to sort out my kids.
