Waiting a year for maternity leave money from UIF

I've applyed for maternity leave benefit in January 2021 and my baby is 14 months now and as yet I havent recieve any money from them. When I contact the call centre, they say that they can't help me, because my case is esculated to a differentvdepartment. How and when will I know if I will recieve any money? Please help me?
