Waiting 7 months and counting for my UIF vlaim

I app**** for my UIF on 11/08/2020 via the online system. All documents were uploaded. I have been contacting the call centre everyday from August. I am always given some nonsense and told to please wait. My status online for the claim still says sent to assessor from the day I app**** nothing has changed. In January I was told that my claim was being processed to date no money received. This is ridiculous that a person must wait 7 months for money that is rightfully theirs. I have asked to speak to a team leader and told that it is not allowed. Why is the service so poor and why can nobody give us straight answers.
