Waiting 1 year for UIF Claim!

Where do I begin. I submitted my UIF forms 12 months ago. From then till now I have emailed the Randburg dept about 95 times. Called them about 170 times. I've written to the COO and the CDO and their PA's as well. If \I"do not make contact with the labour dept"
